Values the other way around

Sometimes it is still difficult to find ones values, what is important to me.

Then you can start from the other way instead. What do I not like? Vad do I dislike? Is there even something that I detest?

These things also point to our values, but from the other way around.

I don’t like stressing, being in a hurry. What is important to me is found in the other direction.


How do you know what’s important to you? How do you know what your values are?

What did you love doing as a child?

What activities do you have now, when time and space disappears?

What does other people tell you that you are especially talented at?

Are you seeing something? Do you start smiling when you think about something? Is there something that gets your heart to pound a bit extra?

The choice we have

The choice we have is to go in the direction of the life we want, or the opposite direction.

There is no standing still, even when it feels that way.

Whatever way we are choosing, we are moving towards one of them. Towards the life that I want, or the life that I don’t want. However slowly or fast, I am moving towards one of these two only existing directions.
